To be considered for the Security Officer/Private Investigator position, applicants must satisfy the following requirements in accordance with the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005.
Citizenship and Age:
Be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.
Be a minimum age of 18 years.
Licensing:
Possess valid Ontario Security Guard/Private Investigator’s Licenses.
Criminal Record:
Have no criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted.
First Aid and CPR Certification:
Hold current certification in CPR and first aid by the time the offer of employment is extended.
Security Clearance and Background Investigation:
Be able to pass a security clearance, background investigation, credit check, and reference checks, if required.
